At Aura Décor, we prioritize customer satisfaction. In the event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 4 days of receiving the damaged item to initiate the replacement process.

For returns of non-damaged items, a nominal fee of ₹100 will be charged to cover pickup and shipping costs. Kindly note that we do not offer refunds on returned products, but we will issue a credit note for the returned product's value, which can be used for future purchases with us.
